KC Sharma was a popular film producer. He worked in Hindi film cinemas. He was recognized for Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo (2004) Tehelka, and Policewala Gunda (1995). Shri Krishnachandra Sharma’s son Anil Sharma is also a famous film director, who is recently directing the movie “Gadar 2”. Shri Krishnachandra Sharma had his own film company named “Shantketan Films”. He had produced films like “Hukumat”, “Shradhanjali”, and “The Announcement of War” for this company itself.
How did Legendary filmmaker KC Sharma die?
KC Sharma died on 19 August 2022 at the age of 89 due to a heart attack at around 8 pm. He is suffering from dementia for some years. He was cremated on the morning of 20 August 2022 in Santa Cruz, Mumbai. All this information was told by his daughter-in-law Suman Sharma. Anil Sharma confirmed his father’s death by tweeting.

kC Sharma started his career by acting in the movie “Pehla Aadmi”. Produced the first film “Meera Shyam” in 1976. After that Shri Krishnachandra produced many films, including Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, Bandhan Kuch Dhaagaon Ka, Aisa Kyun, Faisal Main Karungi, Hukumat, Jawab and also produced the film.
Shri Krishnachandra Sharma’s son Anil Sharma made movies with famous actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Rajinikanth, and Salman Khan. Anil Sharma directed films like Singh Sahab the Great, Veer, Maa, Maharaja, and others.
