Troopers reported that Glenn was riding on Route 2 of the exit 5 ramps. Died on 18 August 2022 at 9:15 pm after hitting a concrete barrier. Glenn got very injured. Glenn died at Incident Place. Police are investigating how Glenn was trapped in the concrete barrier. His bike was pulled out of it.
